Each dog is individually housed in a spacious run comprising of a sleeping area and a secured covered outside play area. The sleeping area has a plastic bed with warm Vet Beds, which are changed daily. Owners can bring their own bedding and toys if preferred. (All bedding/toys are left at your own risk.)
The kennel area is heated by thermostatically controlled wall mounted electric heaters. We also provide a full size range of fleece coats for your dog to wear in colder times. Stainless steel water and feeding bowls are provided and are cleaned and disinfected daily.
Dogs are individually walked by an experienced dog handler twice daily except on Sundays. New in 2014 is a secure sand play area that allows us to let your dog play off the lead.
Before leaving dogs have a complimentary shower/wash and brush-up.
All dogs are fed according to owners’ instructions and individual diets can be catered for. Owners can bring their own food if preferred.
Prescribed oral medications will be administered free of charge as we feel it is unfair to penalize you for having a poorly pet. We only ask for clear written instructions on dosage please.
DAP (Dog Appeasing Pheromone) diffusers are used when fireworks may be an issue to help reassure the dogs and reduce anxiety.
In 2014 we have installed a CCTV system to increase security for your pets.
All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, dogs must have kennel cough at the very least 3 days before coming to us. Please bring valid vaccination certificates with you when dropping your pets off.
We are fully insured with Petplan but any pre-existing condition will not be covered by our insurance.
